Representative Saddler rose to a point of order. The Speaker cautioned the member to confine remarks to the bill. Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 310(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Stoltze, Costello, Herron, Foster, LeDoux, Holmes, Munoz, and T. Wilson: Page 3, lines 5 - 7: Delete all material. Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The question being: "Shall CSHB 310(STA) am pass the House?"
